Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Every order is made to order, which means it takes a little extra time — but it’s worth it. Most items ship out within 2–5 business days after your order is placed.

Shipping Times

U.S. orders: 3–8 business days after fulfillment
International orders: 8–20 business days depending on location and customs

You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can refresh it obsessively (we all do it).

Tracking & Lost Packages

Once your package leaves our hands, it’s up to the carrier. If your tracking stops moving for too long, contact us — we’ll help sort it out, but we can’t control carrier delays or porch pirates.

Wrong Address

Double-check your address before ordering. If your package gets sent to the wrong spot, we can’t issue replacements or refunds unless it comes back to us.

Sustainability Note

Each piece is made only when you order — fewer warehouses, less waste, and no overstock sitting around. Thanks for helping us keep things cool and conscious.
