Quiet Riot Supply Return Policy
We get it — sometimes things just don’t work out.
Here’s how we keep it simple (and painless):
Return Window: 14 days from delivery.
Hats & Beanies: For hygiene (and sanity) reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on hats or beanies - even if you just "tried it on once" We love you, but no wants shared headware.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and just as fresh as when they showed up.
Custom / Print-on-Demand Products: Every item is made just for you. Because of that, we can’t accept returns for size, color, or “I changed my mind” — unless something arrives damaged or misprinted.
If Something’s Wrong: Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a quick photo. We’ll make it right — replacement or refund, no drama.
Shipping: If a return is approved, we’ll walk you through the process. (In most cases, return shipping isn’t covered unless it’s our fault — which, let’s be real, rarely happens .)
